Yannick Noah, Ivan Lendl, Boris Becker and defending champion John McEnroe posted easy victories Wednesday in the second round of the $375,000 Canadian Open at Toronto.
Becker disposed of Aaron Krickstein, 6-2, 6-1, in a match that lasted only 48 minutes.
Lendl, the top-seeded player from Czechoslovakia, was pressed before posting a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Greg Holmes.
McEnroe, playing only his second tournament since his tennis sabbatical began in February, advanced with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Todd Nelson, ranked 62nd in the world.
