KLM Airlines is offering reduced fares on its round-trip flights to Amsterdam. New tourist fare is $678 from Los Angeles Sept. 15 to Oct. 31, Dec. 17 to 24 and April 18 to 30. A low fare of $578 from Los Angeles is available Nov. 1 to Dec. 16 and Dec. 25 to April 17. The fares are valid for travel from seven days to one year and can be used in conjunction with other KLM travel incentives. Tickets must be bought 21 days before departure.

Prego restaurant, Irvine, will hold Festa della Vendemmia, an Italian celebration of grape crushing on Oct. 26 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Guests may participate in the grape stomping. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Mardan Center for Educational Therapy, teaching disabled children. Tickets are $35. For reservations call (714) 553-1333.
