Two televisions and a video cassette recorder were stolen in an overnight burglary of the Wilshire Boulevard campaign office of California Chief Justice Rose Elizabeth Bird, Los Angeles police said. Bird press spokesman Steven Glazer said he had not yet been able to determine whether any campaign materials were stolen. Police said that "electronic equipment" also was taken from the adjacent office of attorney Gloria Allred. Police said the burglars made a forced entry through a hall door.
