TABLE TALK: Three prominent L.A. chef/restaurateurs will wander in the Groves of Academe next month, courtesy of UCLA Extension: Bruce Marder of the West Beach Cafe and Rebecca's in Venice teaches a four-session course (at Rebecca's itself) on consecutive Fridays beginning Oct. 3; Patrick Jamon of Les Anges in Santa Monica begins a four-part class on Monday, Oct. 6 (at Les Anges); and Evan Kleiman of Angeli in Hollywood deals with soups and pastas in four meetings, at a private home Santa Monica, beginning Tuesday, Oct. 7. Call (213) 206-8120 for information on one or all. . . .The Santa Monica Arts Foundation presents a multi-media performance next Tuesday by Susan Suntree, followed by an "Eat for Art" dinner featuring dishes from Camelions, Chinois on Main, Gilliland's, Les Anges, Michael's, Rebecca's, Scratch, 72 Market Street, Valentino, Wave, and the West Beach Cafe--all at the carrousel on Santa Monica Pier.
