Oak Park, an $11-million development of 81 single-family homes by Zellner Communities Inc., debuts this weekend in Village Oaks, Chino Hills.
The first phase of 32 homes will be available for occupancy in January. The three floor plans offer three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, from 1,449 to 1,847 square feet. Prices range from $126,990 to $153,990.
Exteriors offer French-style mullioned windows, concrete tile roofs and coordinated wood siding. The two-story layouts provide for privacy areas with all bedrooms upstairs.
Three model homes are open daily, except Wednesday and Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To reach Oak Park take the Corona Expressway to Carbon Canyon Road, west to Peyton and south to Valle Vista Drive.
