Elliot Heffler, adult-sports coordinator for the Culver City Human Services Department, has been named acting supervisor of the recreation and leisure services division. He replaces Diane Netzell, who is on a one-year educational leave.

Pat Sullivan turned in a gross score of 34 to win the A flight in the October tournanment of the Penmar Men's Golf Club. Other flight winners and gross scores: Bill Hannan, B. 39; Buddy Hirsch, C, 40, and Allen Duris, D, 41.

Holes in one were scored at Rancho Park Golf Course by Marge Dealey of Malibu and Rosalind Lassoff of Beverly Hills. Aces at Rancho's nine-hole layout were recorded by Usuneo Imanishi of Culver City and Jeff Eisenbery of Beverly hills.
