I would like to inform the small, quaint cadre of liberals and radicals who fill The Times Editorial Pages with their anti-Reagan invective and nay-saying that following the Reykjavik summit, President Reagan's approval rating hit 75%.
These are the future good-old-days, folks. Constant carping on a few negatives by a few, can't begin to hide the pleasant fact that we live in a time of prosperity and peace unprecedented in American history. Young people today will look back on the 1980s with the warmest remembrances and their children will envy them these times.
