A "gypsy" cab driver was sentenced to 15 months in jail for illegally operating at Los Angeles International Airport. Robert Bonseigneur, 32, was sentenced in West Los Angeles Municipal Court after pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and unlawfully operating a vehicle for hire at the airport. City Atty. spokesman Mike Qualls said it was the longest jail sentence yet imposed in such a case here.
