Raiders Win Games in Spite of Marc Wilson

November 08, 1986

The Raiders owe all of us an explanation for Marc Wilson. Last Sunday, Wilson single-handedly ruined an outstanding effort by the entire Raider team. His turnovers were 100% his fault. His passes were way off target into double and triple coverage. His fumble speaks for itself.

Is it a coincidence that the Raiders' only two victories against teams with winning records were games quarterbacked by Jim Plunkett? We are owed an explanation!
