The agent for Marcus Dupree says he can't reveal the details of an agreement between the former United States Football League running back and Lloyd's of London that settled a claim to benefits from a $4.53-million insurance policy.

"We had to sign an agreement that everything would remain hush, Ken Fairley said, "But Marcus is happy."

Dupree suffered what was termed a career-ending knee injury in the USFL.
