November 16, 1986

Your article (Nov. 10 on police fixing media members' parking tickets) noted that Newsline publisher Larry Remer was issued a ticket "for illegally parking in a loading zone near the federal courthouse to cover a vigil for peace."

Remer is an advocate of the Sandinistas in Nicaragua and to lay claim to informing the public as his rationale for evading the payment of parking fines is a hoax perpetrated on all of us.
