Unisys is selling Nu-Kote International, its business forms division, to a group of Nu-Kote managers and investors for notes and $50 million in cash. Beginning today, Unisys' stock exchange symbol will be UIS . . . Ford Motor Co. and Volkswagen A.G. will join forces in Brazil and Argentina as a new, jointly operated and managed $4-billion company called Autolatina . . . McLean Industries and its shipping subsidiaries sought protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, citing serious cash flow problems.
