November 25, 1986

The UCLA women's volleyball team can win the Pacific 10 Conference title outright if the Bruins defeat USC tonight at Pauley Pavilion.

UCLA, 30-9 overall and 16-1 in conference play, leads Stanford by a half-game in the Pac-10 and has clinched at least a tie for the title.

If the Bruins were to lose to USC in the 7:30 p.m. game, UCLA and Stanford would be co-champions.

UCLA defeated USC, 15-3, 15-9, 15-8, the last time the teams met. USC is 2-29 overall, 0-17 in the conference.
