Los Angeles County's Community Development Commission is seeking to purchase sites large enough to accomodate 12 to 40 public housing units.
The CDC is also looking for sites to be developed under the turnkey method, in which the developer proposes a project, meets the commission's qualifications, builds the development and then sells it to the CDC for a set price.
