Antonio McKay, an Olympic gold medalist at 1600 meters, withdrew from the 500 meters in Friday night's Sunkist Invitational track meet at the Sports Arena and was replaced by Jamaica's Bert Cameron, the 1983 world 400-meter champion. In addition, William Wuyke of Venezuela pulled out of the 1,000 meters and was replaced by last year's Sunkist 500-meter winner, Stanley Redwine.
