Inmates evacuated from their cells after a small fire was set went on a rampage at the State Correctional Institution at Pittsburgh, Pa., setting more blazes and battling guards and each other before they were subdued, authorities said. At least 25 inmates and three guards were injured in the fighting or suffered smoke inhalation before all of the fires were extinguished, a prison spokesman said. The inmates were stripped, searched and returned to their cells by early afternoon, officials said.
