AND WAIT, THERE'S MORE: "Friday Night Videos" has a stellar lineup of guest hosts coming up for its late-night video show. The Feb. 6 show will feature Michael J. Fox (who plays a rock guitarist in the upcoming Paul Schrader film, "Light of Day"), while Pee-wee Herman will emcee the Feb. 13 program, with special guests from such groups as Los Lobos, Cinderella, Atlantic Starr and the Mary Jane Girls. . . . If you can't see enough Ultravox videos, you 'll be able to buy them next week when Vestron Video releases "Ultravox: The Collection." The compilation, due out Feb. 11 and priced at $29.95, will feature such videos as "Reap the Wild Wind," "Vienna" and "Dancing With Tears in My Eyes." . . . George Harrison is at work on a new album, with ELO's Jeff Lynne producing, which is slated to include a duet with (gulp!) Donovan.
