BIA Honors Program Heads

February 01, 1987

Michael L. Lasley, partner in Meyer Lasley Wilkinson Architecture Planning, Irvine, and Sylvia Michler, of Richmond American Homes of California, were recipients of the Outstanding Achievement Award at the recent convention of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.

The two chaired the association's Industry Awareness Committee of the Home Builders Council that participated in Orange County's "Adopt-a-School" program.

With the assistance of Lorraine Dageforde of the Orange County Department of Education, the council formally "adopted" the Career Counseling Centers of 200 schools in the county--marking the first time an organization had do so.
