DALLAS — Del Rey Colony, a Marina del Rey town-house development by Christiana Community Builders, San Diego, won six awards--including Project of the Year of less than 100 units--at the MIRM awards program during the annual convention here of the National Assn. of Home Builders.
California projects won 11 of the 41 gold MIRM (Members of the Institute of Residential Marketing) Awards in 17 categories from the National Sales and Marketing Council of the builder group. The awards honor brochures, advertising campaigns, sales centers and other marketing elements.
