Robert J. Rose has been named a partner in the Los Angeles law firm of Bird, Marella, Boxer, Wolpert & Matz.
Rose served previously as an antitrust counsel and senior litigator for 20th Century Fox Film Corp., and in the Justice Department's antitrust division.
