Almost without exception, the world's most-favored cities are graced by spacious parks within a short distance of the urban center. At the right time in their development, these cities had the vision to publicly acquire an appropriate parcel of land for a great downtown park and had the courage to protect it from being piecemealed by competing demands.
Now is the right time for Carlsbad; Hosp Grove is the place.
