Singapore Airlines is increasing its service from Los Angeles to Tokyo from five to seven weekly flights beginning in April. Flights will leave Los Angeles in the early afternoon, arriving in Tokyo in the evening of the following day.

European Tourist Information will conduct a seminar at three locations in Southern California on travel in Europe. "Prepare and Save" will be held at the Irvine Hilton in Irvine on Wednesday; at the Mission Bay Hilton in San Diego on Feb. 26, and at the LAX Hilton & Towers, near Los Angeles International Airport, on March 4. A slide and narration travel program, "Literary California," will be presented by Richard Sutter at Anaheim Public Library on Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m.
