"Hot Shots." Vestron. $59.95. Dana Carvey, Kevin Nealon, Sinbad, Joe Alasky, J. J. Wall and Charles Fleisher may very well be among the top young comics in America, but you'd hardly know it from the only intermittently mirth-inducing routines excerpted in this two-year-old show shot at Los Angeles' Improv (apparently taken from the club's Arts & Entertainment cable series spotlighting rising comics). Carvey, a regular on this year's "Saturday Night Live," is amusingly clever, Alasky does some nifty impressions (especially a great William Shatner) and Fleisher shows flashes of a twisted mind. But there ain't a Robin Williams in the bunch. Information: (203) 968-0000. 1/2
