While watching the movie "Max Dugan Returns" on Channel 11, I became so irked at the number of commercials that I decided to count them during one break and there were 14! What advertiser would be so stupid as to think his message had any impact crowded in among 13 others? Like most TV viewers, I use the break to go to the bathroom, fix a snack or do a crossword puzzle. I think one or two good commercials at the breaks would keep the viewer in his chair and have a more lasting impression on potential purchasers.
