Women's Health Centers Reports $1-Million Loss

March 06, 1987

Women's Health Centers of America reported a $1-million net loss and $394,373 in revenue for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, compared to a $667,223 net loss and $480,762 in revenue in 1985.

The loss, which was described as "planned" by President Ronald F. Meadows, was generated by the company's decision to establish a "critical mass" in San Diego by establishing two additional women's health-care facilities in San Diego County.
