OUTTAKES THE SEQUEL

March 15, 1987|Patrick Goldstein

Boston Red Sox pitching ace Dennis (Oil Can) Boyd made news recently for reportedly screaming obscenities when a reporter asked about money he owed a Florida store for some very overdue rented videotapes (the Red Sox ended up paying the bill: $367). But what we want to know is just what cassettes Oil Can had been scanning--maybe "Fear Strikes Out" or "Angels in the Outfield"?

We checked, and here's the scoop: "Ninja III," "Nudes in Limbo," "Sex Etcetera," "Fists of Fury" and "It's Alive."
