LONDON — Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi is again warning Western nations that they can expect more terrorism.

"The Western states will be subjected to more terrorism until they stop helping terrorist groups which oppose the liberation-seeking regimes in the Middle East," he declared in a speech broadcast by Libyan television Friday night.

Kadafi also declared that the killer disease AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) had emerged from U.S. germ warfare experiments which went out of control.
