Israeli warplanes attacked a guerrilla headquarters in their second raid on guerrillas in south Lebanon in four days. An Israeli army command communique said the planes bombed a planning base for guerrilla attacks against Israel. The raid was believed to be linked to a series of incidents involving Israel and the guerrillas over the weekend, including rocket attacks on northern Israel and a roadside bomb blast. A senior Israeli officer said hundreds of Lebanese and Palestinian militiamen have moved from Beirut to south Lebanon since Syrian troops began enforcing the peace in the Lebanese capital.
