MORNING REPORT

Donna Rice is returning to the airwaves. NBC announced Thursday that an episode of "Miami Vice" featuring Rice--who came to national attention when the Miami Herald reported she spent the night in former presidential candidate Gary Hart's Washington home--would be re-broadcast on June 12. Actually, featuring may be too strong a word; in the episode, the character Rice plays delivers a couple of lines, then screams when her husband is killed. NBC spokesman Brian Robinette advises viewers to tune in early--Rice's character is never seen again after the first commercial break.
