This tasty dish is a combination of pears and shrimp. Treat guests at your next luncheon to Mariner's Pear Salad.
Combine 1 1/2 cups small cooked shrimp, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon French dressing and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Arrange chilled canned Bartlett pear halves on 4 lettuce-lined plates (2 halves per plate). Spoon shrimp salad onto pears. Makes 4 servings.
