Don't look for an authorized version of the Bernhard Goetz saga in film, TV or biography form any time soon. Although deluged with offers to fictionalize the Goetz case since its inception, Goetz attorney Joseph Kelner said Hollywood's previous overtures had been rejected by Goetz--for legal reasons. Kelner had no comment on whether the now-acquitted "subway vigilante" would change his mind. As for unauthorized Goetz stories, Kelner said: "Anybody can write a book." Spokesmen at the three networks concurred that many Goetz stories have been pitched and passed upon--vigilante stories have already been covered, they said.
