"Six Days in Guadalajara," a slide lecture by Julius Jacyna, will be presented by the South Bay Adult School Monday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Redondo Union High School, Room 126, Diamond and Francisca streets, Redondo Beach. Fee is $4. Jacyna will also be teaching "Ghost Towns II" beginning Thursday and continuing July 2 and July 9 in Room 126, Redondo Union High School. Series fee is $11. "Travel Journalism," a one-day program on travel writing and photography sponsored by UCLA Extension, will meet Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 121 Dodd Hall on the UCLA campus. Travel writer Jack Adler will coordinate the seminar, which includes speakers Donna Carroll, free-lance travel photographer; Richard Carroll, free-lance travel writer; Sharon Dirlam, staff writer, Los Angeles Times, and Pamela Lechtman, travel editor, Shape Magazine. "Around France by Car," a slide-illustrated lecture series offered by Torrance Adult School, will meet Tuesday and June 30, July 7 and July 14 at 7 p.m. at Jefferson Adult Education Center, Room 10, 21717 Talisman St., Torrance.
