Pennzoil, which was blocked from submitting a reorganization plan for Texaco, said it has withdrawn all settlement offers in the $10.3-billion dispute over the acquisition of Getty Oil. A bankruptcy judge has given White Plains, N.Y.-based Texaco a 120-day extension to file its own Chapter 11 reorganization plan by Dec. 8 and denied Pennzoil's request to submit an alternative proposal that would have forced Texaco into a $4.1-billion settlement.
