Bangladesh President Hussain Mohammed Ershad dropped five ministers, three deputy ministers and a minister of state in a major Cabinet shuffle. Those ousted included Deputy Prime Minister Kazi Zafar Ahmed and Labor Minister Abdur Rashid, a presidential spokesman said.
