Fox Broadcasting Co. could be one of the first to make a series deal with Aaron Spelling Productions now that Spelling has ended his 18-year exclusive contract with ABC. "We are having exciting and ongoing discussions with Aaron regarding doing prime-time series for Fox," Garth Ancier, Fox Broadcasting's senior vice president, programming, said Friday. No word yet from NBC and CBS on any exciting and/or ongoing discussions with Spelling.
