A man acquitted in a barroom slaying and some of the jurors at his trial remained in hiding a day after a bloody rampage erupted in a Decatur, Tenn., courtroom after the verdict was announced. Authorities extended through Monday a curfew imposed after the melee at the Meigs County Courthouse. Jerry Allen, 27, who was found innocent on one count of first-degree murder, was under police protection at an undisclosed site. The 12 jurors also were under guard, some at undisclosed locations.
