DAVIS, CALIF — Plant Genetics Inc. said it entered into a marketing agreement with Nittoh Sangyo Co. for the distribution and sale of Plant Genetics' PGI alfalfa seed products in Japan.
Plant Genetics also said it entered into an exclusive agency agreement with Franzani S.R.L. which provides a marketing network for all Plant Genetics products in Argentina.
