LONDON — British police on Thursday identified an American woman who was one of four people killed in an accident involving a bus full of U.S. tourists between London and Heathrow Airport.

Sandra Bailowitz, 48, of Fort Lee, N.J., died after Wednesday's accident, which injured 71 people.

She was traveling in the tour bus when another bus, a beer truck and four cars piled up on the highway to Heathrow.

Police said on Thursday that the beer truck caused the accident when it tried to make a U-turn.
