Defensive tackle Dan Sileo of the University of Miami was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of an NFL supplemental draft.

Sileo signed with the Buccaneers earlier, after the NCAA ruled he had used up his collegiate eligibility. The league voided that free agent agreement, requiring Sileo to go through the supplemental draft. The tackle will cost the Buccaneers a No. 3 pick in the 1988 college draft.
