OUTTAKES THE SEQUEL

Hollywood's finally touched the remote island of Sarawak in Borneo. Orion's "Farewell to the King" is shooting there and the cast (starring Nick Nolte) and crew are receiving red-carpet treatment, especially in the Kuching Holiday Inn where they're holed up.

And especially writer-director John Milius. He's been immortalized in the hotel restaurant with a six-inch high, three-pound "Milius Burger" ("pork-free hamburger upon request"). Outtakes was told this royal treat is considered a meal for three by local Malaysians. It costs $14.50 in Malaysian dollars (or $5 U.S.).
