Hollywood's finally touched the remote island of Sarawak in Borneo. Orion's "Farewell to the King" is shooting there and the cast (starring Nick Nolte) and crew are receiving red-carpet treatment, especially in the Kuching Holiday Inn where they're holed up.
And especially writer-director John Milius. He's been immortalized in the hotel restaurant with a six-inch high, three-pound "Milius Burger" ("pork-free hamburger upon request").
