Guinness America Inc. wants to sell two wineries in California and the San Francisco investment banker Hambrecht & Quist is advising Guinness on the sale. Guinness said it wants to sell Concannon Vineyards in Livermore and San Martin Winery in San Martin, two wineries it acquired last year as part of its $3.8-billion takeover of Distillers Co. The asking price was not announced. Concannon sells about 50,000 cases a year of premium wine and San Martin about 500,000 cases a year.
