Taxing Nobel Prize Awards

Recently, a high Federal Communications Commission official said he could not understand how James Joyce's "Ulysses" came to be considered a classic. Now the Internal Revenue Service says it plans to tax the awards from civilization's highest honor, the Nobel Prize.
