Directors of Fidelity National Financial, an Irvine title insurance company, declared a cash dividend of 3 cents a share to shareholders of record on Oct. 20. The dividend is the first of what the company intends to be a regular quarterly cash dividend. The 3-year-old company, which went public in February, has 900 shareholders and 3.95 million shares outstanding. Fidelity National moved its corporate headquarters last month to Orange County from Scottsdale, Ariz.
