On Market St. Vote

November 15, 1987

An election was held and Martin Luther King Jr. Way has been changed back to Market Street.

This was the will of the people expressed in an election.

However, when a valid vote of the people goes against the wishes of the minority, immediately the cry of foul is heard.

Now, they are seeking a boycott against San Diego as a convention city.

Once again we are faced with the tyranny of the minority.
