The Torrance and Palm Springs Courtyard hotels will each have 149 rooms; the Torrance facility room rates will average in the high $60s on weekdays and high $40s on weekends; the Palm Springs hotel's daily rates will average in the high $60s.
Also in Southern California, a Courtyard hotel is open in Fresno and another is under construction in Bakersfield and is scheduled to open next February. Future Courtyard sites are owned in Hacienda Heights and in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego.
