TACOMA, Wash. — Steve Zungul scored two goals and had two assists, becoming the first Major Indoor Soccer League player with 400 career assists, as the Tacoma Stars beat the Los Angeles Lazers, 7-5, Saturday night.

Zungul's performance before 17,444 fans, the second-largest Tacoma Dome crowd in the history of the franchise, left him 11 short of 1,000 career points.
