Is Destroying a Computer a 'Peaceful' Activity?

November 22, 1987

Katya Komisaruk's curriculum vitae is certainly consistent with the molding of a radical, and her vandalizing of a computer at Vandenberg Air Force Base may possibly lead to a long prison term.

How sad that this sensitive and intelligent young lady indulges in treasonous activities in an illusory quest for "peace," whatever her concept of that state may be.

And how ironic that her ancestors are Ukrainian, people mass-urdered by orders of Stalin, Jews and non-Jews alike, and who presumably settled in this country, as so many other refugees are doing today, to escape from bondage and desolation at home.
