Michael Bradman Associates Inc., a Santa Ana environmental planning company, won a $500,000 one-year contract from the Navy to plan for military housing and other Navy projects in the southwestern United States. . . . Cinetics, a biomedical research firm in Tustin, will move in December to McKellar Tech Center in Tustin after leasing 11,400 square feet. . . . Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Irvine office negotiated lease agreements for Seattle's Airborne Express, which leased 34,000 square feet at 345 Fischer Ave. in Costa Mesa for a regional distribution operation; and for Chicago sporting goods retailer Sportmart Inc., which will lease 60,000 square feet at 15408 Blackburn Ave. in Norwalk. . . . John Burnham and Co.'s Orange County office arranged joint venture financing of $2.8 million for two warehouse and light manufacturing buildings to be built in the Corona Business Center in Corona. . . . Pacesetter Business Properties of Newport Beach will begin construction in April of the second phase of its North County Business Center, a $7-million business park within Yorba Linda's SAVI Ranch Business Park.
