In the last 10 days, Tunisian officials have arrested 73 people accused of planning terrorist attacks, the interior minister, Habib Ammar, announced. He said the intended targets included Tunisian leaders, the Interior Ministry, police barracks and military courts. While Ammar refused to identify any political party or organization that might be responsible, other authorities said that members of the fundamentalist Islamic Tendency Movement were involved.
