NBC has decided to remain in its long-time Rockefeller Center headquarters in New York after reaching an agreement in principle with the city on tax incentives, an unidentified source who is familiar with the negotiations said. Spokesmen for the city and NBC denied that a deal had been struck although both said an announcement was expected shortly. NBC originally considered three possibilities: staying put, moving to developer Donald Trump's proposed Television City project or moving across the Hudson River to New Jersey.
